This profile is typically used in warehouses, covered courts, walkways and awnings. Due to its curved nature, less framing is needed - saving up to 35% in steel components. With less lapping, this profile is also less prone to leaks.

The RJ Dual Rib-980 is our rib-type profile which features a twin ribbed corrugation design. With an effective width of 980mm and the option to add embossed stiffeners, this profile is best used for large-scale projects.

This is our basic rib-type profile featuring single ribbed design which is used in various residential, commercial, and industrial structures.

The Triwave is our rib-type profile with a narrower effective coverage of 760mm. It features a standard rib type corrugation much like the Superdeck.

The Stile is our most premium profile. It mimics the classic Spanish tile-effect while maintaining the durability of steel roofing. It is the strongest tile-effect profile in the industry with 8 grooves per sheet instead of the usual 6.

TufDeck 1000 is made from zinc-coated high tensile steel that delivers excellent durability and superior corrosion resistance.
Our Steel Deck serves as a bottom bar reinforcement to form a composite slab and can be used in both concrete and steel frame building structures. Designed and conceptualized using Jacinto's extensive industry experience, the TufDeck 1000 has no equal in terms of strength and durability.

The TufDeck 1000 serves as a permanent form work which reduces the need for temporary formwork, propping, or shoring during construction period. In effect, this reduces construction costs and saves on time. Once installed, it may also serve as a safe working platform for the execution of other trades during the construction phase.
